Terms of Service

All services are subject to the terms of service and by subscribing, the customer agrees to comply. TOS applies automatically to all Hostingent clients upon subscription to the Services including subscription through a third party.

Exchange Hosting Agreements

The Master Service Agreements (MSA) (view here) include payment and termination terms, legal rights and responsibilities, and incorporates the respective Service Level Agreement (SLA) (view here). Service Level Agreements state performance standards and performance refund schedules.

Acceptable Usage Policy

These Hostingent Acceptable Use Policies describe the proper kinds of conduct and prohibited uses of Hostingent's hosting services.

Service Level Agreement

Our Service Level Agreement guarantees at least 99.99% up-time for your account. In the event account service is unavailable, you may be eligible for a credit.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to us, and Hostingent will not sell, lease or exchange your personal information with anyone. Our rules of conduct for disclosure of information are described in this policy.
